Cast in 36% white chocolate, these reindeer are high in cacao butter; we use a percentage much higher than other chocolatiers. Why? The answer is simple - this allows us to achieve an incredibly creamy and melty texture, whilst also letting you taste the more nuanced side of the cacao butter flavour.
We use in-house moulds to form our chocolate creations - we never use off the shelf moulds, ever. By creating our own, our chocolatiers have the full reigns on what designs they want to conjure up, allowing us add in loveable characteristics to our very own Christmas creations.
