2 . Conditions for registration
Regulations in Article 22 of the Law on Public Employees No. 58/2010/QH2012
3. Subjects for admission
Cases that meet the general standard conditions specified in Point 2 above and have training majors suitable for the job position applied for include:
a) Excellent university graduates from domestic or foreign higher education institutions recognized as equivalent to diplomas and certificates according to the provisions of law with excellent learning and training results. have years of study at the university level, are aged 30 or under (Article 1 of Youth Law No. 57/2020/QH14 dated June 16, 2020) as of the time of applying and meet one of the following requirements: following standards:
- Won individual third prize or higher in one of the provincial-level excellent student selection exams, won consolation prize or higher in national-level excellent student selection exams, or received a Certificate of Merit or higher in selected exams. select international excellent students in one of the natural sciences (math, physics, chemistry, biology, information technology) and social sciences (philology, history, geography, foreign languages) during the study time at the high school level;
- Won third or higher individual prizes at national or international science and technology competitions while studying at the high school or university level;
- Won third or higher individual prizes at the Olympic competition in one of the subjects of mathematics, physics, chemistry, mechanics, information technology, or other majors during their time studying at the university level approved by the Ministry of Education. Accredited Education and Training.
b) People with master's degrees, level I specialist doctors, resident doctors, level I specialist pharmacists specializing in medicine or pharmacy and aged 30 or under (Article 1 of Youth Law No. 57/ 2020/QH14 dated June 16, 2020) as of the time of application submission and meet the following criteria:
- Meets 01 out of 03 standards specified in Point A of this Section;
- Graduated from a university with good grades or higher and have a post-graduate major in the same field of training at the university level.
c) People with doctorate degrees, level II specialist doctors, level II specialist pharmacists in medicine or pharmacy, and under the age of 35 (Article 23 of Decree No. 40/2014/ND-CP dated December 12 May 2014 of the Government (under 35 years old) regulating the use and appreciation of individuals engaged in scientific and technological activities) up to the time of submitting the application and meeting the following criteria:
- Meets 01 out of 03 standards specified in Point A of this Section;
- Graduated from a university with good grades or higher and have a post-graduate major in the same field of training at the university level.
4. Form
- Round 1: Consider the candidate's study/research results, ensuring the standards specified in Article 2, Decree No. 140/2017/ND-CP. Candidates whose documents meet the prescribed conditions will continue to Round 2.
- Round 2: Interview about professional qualifications and skills according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited.
5. Application documents
- Handwritten application registration form (form according to Decree No. 140/2017/ND-CP dated December 5, 2017), signed on each page, and pasted with photos taken within the last 3 months.
- Certified copies of diplomas and academic transcripts. Diplomas, transcripts, and certificates in foreign languages must be accompanied by certified Vietnamese translations. For university degrees or higher - issued by foreign educational and training institutions, there must be written confirmation from the Department of Quality Management under the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Certificate of merit and documents are authenticated and meet the regulations in Clause 1, Article 2, Decree No. 140/2017/ND-CP dated December 5, 2017, of the Government.
- Notarized copy of Birth Certificate.
- Health certificate issued within 30 days, counting from the date of application submission.
- 03 stamped envelopes clearly stating the recipient's address.
The document bag must contain the full name, address, contact phone number, and a list of the above documents.
6 . Time and location for receiving applications
6.1. Time to receive applications:
From December 5, 2023 to December 20, 2023.
6.2. Location to receive documents
