Wrapped up warm and ready for you to take him home, our Jolly Penguin is almost too good to eat (almost). This little fella was designed by our chocolatiers to make anyone feel merry - even the Scrooges!

Our Jolly Penguin started off life as a drawing - hats off to our Chocolate Sculptress, who first captured that cheeky expression and bobble beanie in a sketch before hand-carving to make the original. We never use off-the-shelf moulds: ours are packed with character in our Cambridgeshire Inventing Room.

This hollow, 40% milk chocolate flippered friend makes an aww-inducing Christmas gift for the young – and young at heart. We use a high cacao percentage in our milk chocolate - much higher than most - to ensure that all the nuanced cacao notes remain strong. Astonishingly creamy, this Jolly Penguin has a beautiful melt and an incredibly moreish taste.
